According to current studies, customer satisfaction falls 68% on the experience in the service process (source:TARP). Mobiqueue intends to improve the quality of the customer services, by eliminating the physical waiting times and the improvement of the services provided to the users. Mobiqueue created a mobile application that allows users to get the customer service queue status, take a virtual ticket and visualize in real time the progress of their position in the queue. By allowing users to take a ticket in their cell phone, the store gets the customer data before the customer’s turn and can prepare the service by consulting the history of the customer, sending triage questions or a special promotion. If physical presence is not necessary, customer can opt for a virtual service based on a skype call without the hassle of displacement.
