We are using technology to amaze tourist and create a new form of art, where user is not just watch from a static point of view, but can interact with the environment around him. We also use AR and AI in a way very few companies are doing, trying to play with emotion, creativity and Imagination of our users. And finally, we use the concept of StoryDoing to allow tourists to find out about social problems the city faces and to contribute to NGOs which are trying to solve or decrease those problems.

About

The ideal of Nimest is to create Historical Smart Cities. This concept includes a virtual layer that contains 3D models of important people who lived in those places, with their own personality, memories, etc. Tourist would be able to talk to them, making questions and asking their opinion about different themes. The use of Artistic Augmented Reality allows us to design scenes that can transmit the emotion of those people from the past, creating empathy between tourists and local history and culture. In this way we can show them more about the city in a more interactive way. With Artificial Intelligence, we are training machine learning algorithms that replicate the personality of those characters based on text, historical documents and biographies. By doing so, in the near future, we can create a virtual historical layer that will allow tourists to travel not only in space, but in time and to talk to anyone they with, as long as we have historical documents to allow so.
